The VCORE PRO 97 is probably the most maneuverable racquet in the series when compared to its 310 gram weight: the backward balance makes it very easy to handle and the head accelerates without any particular difficulty.
Excellent spin…if historically the back was a strong point of these frames, now also the topspin is very effective and it is possible to hit the ball well without much effort.
In general it does not feel like playing with 310 grams and there is no arm fatigue.
In our opinion the isometric shape is particularly efficient with small beam, and this is a clear case. It is practically impossible to have the sensation of an “off-center” shot, the response is always optimal thanks to a very generous sweetspot, so much so that you have the perception of playing with a 100 and not 97.
Even the service spins are widely accessible…the good slice already present in past editions, has added a kick of all respect.
