Dunlop SX 300 Tour
Dunlop wanted to focus research, production and marketing “playing” on these different classes of racquets:
- CX, where the C stands for Control and the identifying color of the line is red
- SX, where the S stands for Spin (revolutions) and the identifying color of the line is yellow
- FX, where the F stands for Force (power) and the identifying color of the line is blue
- LX, where the L stands for Lite and the identifying colouring of the line is grey
The new line of Dunlop SX racquets replaces the old CV line, specifically the CV 3.0, CV 5.0 and CV 5.0 OS models, and consists of 6 racquet models:
- SX 300 Tour (flagship weighing 310 grams with a 100 in2 headsize)
- SX 300 (300 grams and 100 in2 headsize)
- SX 300 LS (285 grams and 100 in2 headsize)
- SX 300 LITE (270 grams and 100 in2 headsize)
- SX 600 (oversize, 270 grams and 105 in2 headzsize)
The topic of our review will be the Dunlop SX 300 Tour, the most competitive frame of the SX series designed for the tennis player with a good level of play who likes to hit the ball “hard” without losing control.
