On Court – Pros

The Keen 1.22 mm is a very pleasant string in terms of liveliness on the court and demonstrates an excellent versatility of use which makes it absolutely usable on classic as well as profiled frames, preferably with particularly large links.

The power of the string is appreciable as well as the general reactivity of the filament which on the court gives a good dynamic yield with decisive but never too dry impacts despite being in the presence of a filament with marked competitive qualities.

The static stiffness is medium-high (1.00-1.05kg / mm) despite being in the presence of an overall thin gauge but the dynamic stiffness equal to 210-215g / mm is limited for a monofilament of this range, proof of the comfort of the string.

Excellent control qualities, guaranteed by the level of static stiffness of the filament and by the progressive plasticization characteristics of the material, as well as extremely high yield in terms of rotation grip.

The thin gauge “but not too much” favors snap-back even on tight links and on control frames.

Discreet sensitivity in playing fine and volleys.
